Lot Details

circular bowl of greyish brown clay. On a thick, integrated foot ring, turned flat base, wide spreading walls. The exterior body and interior with a white slip painted in brown on the exterior with two double lines inset with three foliate motifs and in the cavetto with a five rayed chakra (see Brown, 1977, fig. 17).
